Toastmasters Officer Training

I organized district training events for club officers and served as one of the trainers. To make the most of each 90-minute session, I created supplementary videos and infographics using AI. When I learned that many trainers weren't used to controlling their own slides while facilitating in Zoom, I developed a one-monitor Zoom setup and used AI to produce a video and infographic that teach it.

Train the Trainer

I ran a two-hour practice-based training for trainers who were concerned about controlling their own slides. For trainers who couldn't attend, I prepared a video. For those who attended, I prepared the infographic as a just-in-time reference.

Supplementary Infographics

The officer training content was too long for a 90-minute workshop. Rather than drop topics, I condensed them into comic-style infographics and storyboards that I could show briefly during the session and that officers could consult later from a shared folder.
