I was the lead instructor for all CPQ-related training and worked with the content developer to prepare the CPQ 301 course for its beta teach. Many of the knowledge checks, diagrams, and breakout-room activities in CPQ 301 are ones I either wrote and designed for its four-day predecessor, CPQ 211, or wrote and designed originally for this five-day course. I also led QA and maintenance, and insisted on a consistent grammatical style across the course.

Toastmasters Officer Training

I organized district training events for club officers and served as one of the trainers. To make the most of each 90-minute session, I created supplementary videos and infographics using AI. When I learned that many trainers weren't used to controlling their own slides while facilitating in Zoom, I developed a one-monitor Zoom setup and used AI to produce a video and infographic that teach it.

myTrailhead Pilot

I became lead instructor for the myTrailhead pilot training after the original instructor left the team. I worked closely with a content developer for several weeks, until a re-org paired me with a less experienced developer. From then on, I directed the writing and design of the remaining content.
