Christina Obligar Work Portfolio
Program Management & Learning Experience Design
My work focuses on creating effective programs for learning experiences and customer conversion/retention.
LEARNING DESIGN
I design learning experiences that translate complex technical content into engaging, learner-centered programs. My instructional design approach is grounded in adult learning theory and the ADDIE framework, informed by my master's coursework in Instructional Technology. I have contributed to course development for multi-day technical training programs, conducted needs analysis through learner feedback systems, and built assessment content for professional certifications. My design work prioritizes measurable learning outcomes and continuous improvement based on data.
Program Management
Through volunteer leadership at Salesforce Toastmasters, I manage educational programs from planning through execution. I coordinate event logistics, track performance metrics, develop operational workflows, and ensure smooth program delivery. My organizational approach emphasizes data-driven decision-making, stakeholder communication, and attention to detail to create successful learning experiences.
Event Design, Planning & Execution
Through my leadership roles at Salesforce Toastmasters, I design, plan, and execute educational events including workshops, speech contests, and open houses. I manage logistics, coordinate speakers and participants, create engaging event experiences, and handle all operational details to ensure seamless execution. My focus is on creating events that foster collaboration, learning, and community engagement.
Design & Creative
I develop visual and multimedia content to support learning experiences. My skills include interactive e-learning development (Articulate, Camtasia), presentation design (Google Slides, PowerPoint), and visual communication (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). I also provide photography, video editing, and audio recording services. My background in the toy industry gave me a foundation in user-centered design, game mechanics, and creative storytelling — skills I apply to making technical content more engaging and accessible.
